SHIPPING & PAYMENTS

We ship through registered courier companies for orders within India as well as international orders. The deliveries are dispatched to the shipping address recorded at checkout.

For shipping timelines, please refer to the product descriptions page for each product. *Please note that Saturdays, Sundays, and Public Holidays are not set as working days for standard deliveries.

SHIPPING CHARGES

Within India - we only charge Shipping on our Home Products. Shipping and handling rates are not applicable on garments. Shipping and handling rates vary based on the product, its size and volume, the packaging used and the shipping destination. You will see the final shipping and handling charges at the time of checkout after you provide the shipping address for your order. Our delivering agency will require a signature for any goods delivered, at which point the responsibility for your purchased goods passes on to you. If you have specified an alternate recipient for delivery purposes (for example as a gift) then you accept that evidence of a signature by them (or at that delivery address) as evidence of delivery

DISPATCH & DELIVERIES

For merchandise in stock, dispatches shall be made within 3 working days from the date of purchase and payment confirmation. For custom orders, we require a minimum of 2-3 weeks for dispatch, depending upon the product. For certain special products, the production time could be longer, which we shall inform you. Further information on the order status can be provided by our customer care upon request. 

Deliveries within India take approximately 3-5 working days for apparel and 7-10 working days for home products from the date of dispatch. International deliveries take approximately 10-14 working days from the date of dispatch depending on the destination. They can only be delivered after the payment of the duties and taxes levied, if any to the shipping partner

DUTIES & TAXES FOR INTERNATIONAL ORDERS

Duties & Taxes for international orders are not included in your order and are over and above any shipping and handling charges paid at checkout. Most countries charge duties on imported items which are levied at the time of port entry and they vary based on the destination country and the products imported. You will need to pay the applicable duties and taxes directly to the shipping agency (DHL, FedEx, etc.) at the time of your order delivery after you receive an invoice by the shipping agent. If a customer refuses to pay these charges and therefore delivery is not possible, no refunds will be entertained. You may refer to our Return & Exchange Policy for more details.

TRACKING AND DELIVERY

Post shipping, the details of tracking number and information of the shipping agency will be shared by our team via email. In most cases, orders can be tracked using the consignment/tracking number on the shipping partner’s website. Our delivery partners will attempt to deliver the package three (3) times before it is returned to us. In case it is returned to us after 3 attempts, no refunds will be entertained. Please refer to our Return & Exchange Policy for more details. Please ensure the complete shipping address including zip code and a mobile number to ensure hassle free delivery. MODES OF PAYMENT

For Domestic orders, we accept all major debit & credit cards (including Mastercard, Visa & American Express), Net Banking options across major banks as well as recognized Wallet & UPI options. Please Note: As per RBI regulations in India, all credit and debit cards issued in the Indian Territory cannot be used for transactions in international currency by default unless overridden by the card holder explicitly with the bank.

For all International transactions, we accept major Credit Cards (including Mastercard, Visa & American Express) as well as payments vide PayPal (third party payment gateway).
